Returns
We offer a 14 day return policy for a piece that you decide isn't for you. We ask that the return postage is covered by customers. The initial postage costs will be removed from your refund (at time of writing this stands at £8.35 for Royal Mail but is subject to change). We will also deduct any fees that we have had to pay from your refund.
If an item is damaged then we will provide a full refund and ask you to return the item back to our HQ.
Verification of products
All of the information provided about our products is from hallmarks, testing and information received by suppliers and is to the best of the sellers knowledge.
Although we do our best to provide in-depth information about our pieces, we cannot always determine when an item was made. We can ensure that all pieces are pre-loved, vintage or antique. We never sell anything new.

Payment Plans
We can sometimes offer payment plans but ask for a 10-20% deposit to hold an item - this deposit is non-refundable but will be taken off the total cost of the item being purchased. The full amount should be paid within 3 months of the date of the deposit.
